Guarantee

At EcoInnovation Technologies inc, we ensure that your ThermoDrain is quality built with efficiency and longevity in mind. When our product is used for the intended purpose, (normal operating conditions) we offer a limited non transferable ten (10) year guarantee from date of purchase against defects on materials and workmanship. Accessories manufactured by a third party and supplied by EcoInnovation Technologies inc. are not covered by this guarantee but by the original manufacturers themselves.

In the case of a defective product, contact your local sales representative where you made your purchase for warranty replacement instructions. All unauthorized repairs or modifications will render this guarantee void.
